Alison is our outstanding Nursery Manager and Curriculum Coordinator with 22 years of experience in early years education. Beginning her career as an apprentice, she has progressed through various roles, accumulating a decade of leadership experience. Her dedication to community engagement and promoting healthy eating has been recognised nationally with awards from NMT and NDNA. Committed to providing enriching experiences for children, Alison is actively involved in their daily activities and places a strong emphasis on fostering family and community partnerships through events such as 'Party in the Park' and many intergenerational projects.

Laura is our dedicated Assistant Manager and Lead Educator of the Baby Rooms, holding a Level 3 qualification in Early Years. With over 20 years of experience working with children of all ages, she is passionate about outdoor activities and Loose Parts Play, creating a nurturing to help children settle into nursery life. As a mentor for student and apprentice learners, Laura loves to inspire others to reach their full potential. She collaborates closely with Janet for two days a week, ensuring a supportive and enriching experience for all.

Nicola has over 30 years of experience in Early Years, caring for and teaching babies from three months old to preschool-age children. She has held additional roles, including lead practitioner for cared for children and communication and language. You'll often hear her singing with the children and using dramatic voices to bring stories to life. Nicola is passionate about the well-being of young children and has previously delivered yoga sessions and breathing exercises to help them regulate their emotions.

Meet Janet, our Nursery Assistant Manager and Lead Educator of Baby Rooms. With a Level 4 qualification in Early Years, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team, having excelled in roles such as Nursery Manager and Quality and Relationship Manager. Janet is passionate about providing children with the best start in life, she enjoys making Storytime a magical experience for both children and families. She works three days a week alongside Laura, ensuring every child's journey is filled with joy and learning.

Wendy, our Nutrition Coordinator and Head Chef, brings over 29 years of experience in early years food and nutrition. She expertly designs our healthy menus to align with the nutritional guidelines for children aged 0-5. Wendy believes mealtimes should be a calm, social, and reflective experience, supporting both staff and children. Her dedication to early years education was recognized nationally when she won the Nursery Food Award from the National Day Nursery Association. Wendy loves to engage with the children through activities like food tasting and baking, making her role more than just about cooking.
